WEEK 24

So tomorrow I start my 24th week of pregnancy. That means I am now 6 months along. I am in the process of scheduling all of my baby classes now. It looks like most of them are going to be done in July. The military base does not offer lamaz. They do have a two session tape though that will be viewed with a nurse. So I need to schedule a couple of sessions with her. I will be taking baby basic which covers 0-6 months. Also I will be taking a breast feeding class. Michael and I also are going to schedule a cpr class. We feel that it is very important to learn that stuff. Later we will be taking a budgeting class so that we can get a free sea bag full of $200 worth of baby supplies. After the baby is born and is 6 weeks old, there is an infant massage class I want to take.

The baby and I are getting bigger. He is so active. He kicks all the time. We have decided to name him Hunter Isaac Greb. We are both so proud of him and very much in love with our little boy.

If I were to go into preterm labor, Hunter has a chance of survival. He would have to be in intensive care for a few months, but he could live. That makes me feel good to know. This baby is such a miracle to us. I no longer have any doubts about raising him. I am still scared of the birth process, but once I get past that, I am really looking forward to taking care of him. I just want to hold him in my arms and love him. He is the best thing that could happen to us.
