03/01/2011 Dessert tonight was an Apple-Raspberry Crisp. I have to say that it was not quick. It took me a while just to peel, core, and cut the apples. It was a simple recipe but a bit time consuming. The crisp also bakes for 50-55 minutes. I do not recommend tackling this unless you have some time on your hands. I will say, however, that it was amazing! The whole family loved it. This specific recipe only made a 9 x 9 pan. It was definitely not enough. I recommend doubling the recipe and using a 9 x 13 pan.
